If I remember right, there was another versio of the comparison last Autumn. You already refered to the comparison further down your post. I haven't installed it yet, but does this mean it has the same, limited functionality? or is it the full-featured version? or do i have to install this inventory installer for the full-featured version of helpdesk? I couldn't read a windows machine in the system requirements. Spiceworks help desk server is no exception.ĭoes this mean this OVA can only be installed on a windows machine running virtualbox? Usually, applications run much better when complying with the documented system requirements. So why not respect the system requirements mentioned on the download page? There is more docu on the new Spiceworks help desk server collected together on and around its download page then I was used on the installable edition where it is more spread. Or where you looking for the installable edition instead of the virtual machine edition and wanted to ask where to find it as you only found the one for virtual machine? In my experience, virtual machines can be created, destroyed, activated, paused, stopped, deactivated, but never heard of installed. Spiceworks help desk server is no exception. I never heard of any such documentation for any appliance.
